Launching form from shortcut on Macintosh??

I currently have all my users submitting helpdesk
requests via a Form I created and put shortcuts on their
desktops by using what someone had pointed me to on

How do I create a shortcut on a Macintosh? Thanks!!

You don't. Macintosh doesn't support custom Outlook forms.
