Launching .exe file from within Access?

Is there a way to launch a .exe file from within Access? What I would like
to do is create a command string on the fly using data stored in text fields
of an Access table. For example, to run the following:

myprogram.exe /a testfile.txt

Where "testfile.txt" was pulled from a text field in a table.

Thanks, but I'm thinking of using this as a workaround to the inability of
Access subaddressing to link to bookmarks within Adobe pdf documents (also
known as "destinations"); so I don't thin the FollowHyperlink option will
work. (See my "Adobe pdf hyperlink" query from earlier today).
