Launching a PowerPoint presentation

Using Microsoft PowerPoint 2003.

Whenever I launch any PPPs that I've created, MS PowerPoint displays the
normal window where the various windows are listed on in the Outline (left)
column and the Slides in the right column. If other users have access to my
presentation, they can edit its contents.

I like others have been given access to a number of PP presentations in the
past. Once launched, the presentation starts up immediately - the normal
"creation" window, i.e. two columns, does not appear.

How can I configure a PP presentation so that when other users view it, they
will see the presentation itself and not the "creation" mode type.

Change the file name from mypresentation.ppt to mypresentation.pps
