Launching a new page instead of remaining in the same page

Hello,

I have a website and use alot of affiliates. I find that when adding
advertisements that some adverts launch in the same window as they are
requested in, while others launch in a new window. I have studied both html
codes, but cannot find any difference. I would really like to know what the
difference is, or how this can be created. Can anyone help?

You must set the frame target value for each link to open in a new window (_blank).
