Launch Network Properties

Hi,
It there a way to launch the network properties from a program ?
Example for wireless network setup you can run
RunDLL32.EXE shell32.dll,Control_RunDLL NetSetup.cpl,@0,WNSW
The ideal here is not to allow the administrator user to go direct to the
control panel, and have all the access. We want to control what can be
configure in kiosk environment.

Netpwm,

Use ncpa.cpl.

PS. I don't think, though, ncpa.cpl allows you to get to the Properties
dialog :-(
But you can always write your own GUI or setup app for settin up NICs.
