Latest Date

I have to enter a series of payment amounts and the payment dates for a
series of members. I then need to be able to run a report which will
identify each member and only the last (latest) payment date. Can anyone
tell me how I can set this up?

Something like this:

SELECT MemberID, Max(MyTable.DateField) AS MaxDate
FROM MyTable
GROUP BY MemberID;
--
