Late Payment tracker on Excel...

I need some assistance in creating an Excel sheet where I can track my
tenant’s late payments. The payment is late on the 20th of each month and
they are charged $25 on that day and then $5 each additional day they are
late. They have fallen considerably behind and it is getting to be a tedious
job manually imputing it all.
They have also gotten into the habit of paying half and half so that throws
an added complication into it.
I appreciate any advice.

This is the MS Access forum, not excel.

Regardless, the function you're looking for is:

=25 + DAYS360(A1,NOW()) * 5 Where A1 is the due date.
