Last Name first in properties

In the new contact properties window the default "Full Name" option is
<first name - last name>. For recognizing family members and alphabetical
listings <last name, first name m.i.> works best.
Question: Is there a way, probably in the registry, to set the default "Full
Name" to <last name, first name m.i.>?

Howdy Capt.

Running Process Monitor during the creation of a new contact doesn't show
any attempted reg reads of such a setting. I think the default is
hard-coded, sorry.
