You haven't provided enough information to get help. This problem can be
caused by viruses or other factors. If you have a virus, you can stop
the rebooting by doing:

Start>Run>shutdown -a [enter]

Then - if you don't have an antivirus installed - run Sysclean as
detailed here:
http://www.elephantboycomputers.com/page2.html#Removing_Malware

Follow by installing a full-featured av, updating it, and doing a
thorough scan. All removal work needs to be done with updated tools in
Safe Mode so you will need to get any tools/programs from a different,
known-clean computer with Internet access and a cd burner (or have a
usb thumbdrive with enough capacity to transfer the files).

If you want more focused troubleshooting, post back with details about
your computer, the operating system version and Service Pack level, and
what antivirus you have.

Probably your computer has been infected by Sasser worm. Run any antivirus software to disinfect the computer and follow these basic security advices:

- Use a firewall (Windows XP includes one.)
- Use an antivirus and update it frequently.
- Update Windows from Windows Update/Microsoft Update each month or turn on Automatic Updates.

You have no antivirus installed, and you have not updated your version of
Windows for a very long time.

Perhaps it would be best not to fix this problem until you learn some basic
computer security skills.
