Large Proxy Exception List using IE 6 and ISA Server 2004

I currently have a large list of proxy exceptions that go beyond the 255
character limit of the "Do not use proxy server for addresses beginning
with:" field.
Is there a way to centrally manage this with some sort of script?
How do I get around this field size limitation?
