Large Message Stuck in Outbox in Outlook 2002

A message with a 13meg attachment is stuck in the outbox, trying to send thru
our Exchange Server. Typically when we've had this problem I've just had to
shut down Outlook, restart it, and delete the message before it attempts to
send. This is not working this time. I cannot open, delete, or move this
email from the Outbox, and it's beginning to cause some serious problems.
Does anyone else have a resolution to this, either from the local machine and
account or from the Exchange server? Thanks!

Get your Exchange Administrator to remove it from he outbound queue.
