large letters being cut off

EBOUCHER

When I use Word and use a font size of 18 or greater the top of the letters
get cut off and I do not know what to do about it. Can anyone help me? Thank
you.

What is the line spacing shown in Format | Paragraph? If it's set to an
Exact amount, you could get this effect.
