Do I need to add additional drivers or make registry
mods. so that Windows 2000 Server (standard) can see a
120GB IDE drive?

Is it possible to create a software mirror with 2 120GB
IDE drives under Windows 2000 Server (standard)?

I am replacing an existing 60GB IDE mirror with these
larger drives.

You will not need to do anything with Windows to use 120GB drives. You
might need to check with your disk controller or motherboard manufacturer
if 120GB drives are supported, though.

Yes, it is possible to mirror two 120GB drives in Win2000 Server, see this
