Laptopm PCMCIA

My Dell has two pcmcia ports as most do, however the Linksys wireless 2.4GHz
card only works in the top one.

Will not in the bottom one.

Any ideas? This suppose to be ?

Could be.

Laptops with two slots sometimes have one of them as
a CARDBUS slot and the other as "regular". CARDBUS
cards won't work in a non-CARDBUS slot.

Check the docs for the laptop & the card to see if this
is the case.
