Laptop w/o OS Where can I get one?

OK, I want to pick-up a laptop but would format & reinstall Windows as soon
as I get it to remove all the bloatware that comes on new machines anyway so
figured I could save a few bucks & not get an OS in the first place. Anyone
know were to get a good one or a place with some decent reviews on laptops
either with or without an OS?

just remember the OS sometimes is not the big issue the issue is the drivers
for the laptop.
most companies have them on their website I would buy a Name Brand.

Good point. I have bought bare notebooks on occasion. The vender supplied the drivers on bootable disk. A name brand would be
better, but not a necessity if you think ahead.

I regularlly build my own systems & repair everybody I knows so the major
advantage (Tech support) of a name brand is lost to me anyway. I do agree
with the drivers issue that is my main concern.
