Laptop Networking

Hi,

I have a laptop which when connected to the office network attaches to a
domain.

Can I arrange it so that when I am at home I log onto my workgroup at home
(three computers networked together)

ALso, at work I need to use a password. How do I arrange it so that at home
I dont need to log in with a passwsord?
