Try to boot the computer from a DOS floppy (available from www.bootdisk.com) or the Windows CD and see if the keyboard works from
here. If no, this is a hardware problem and you should take the laptop
to the vendor or your local hardware store to have it repaired.
If the keyboard works, remove it from the Device Manager and restart
Windows to reinstall the drivers.
