Language won't change from English to Korean

HI. I am a Korean and I have a korean language and an
English language installed in my computer. Normally i
could change back and forth from either one by pressing
the "ALT" key. Well, just yesterday I couldn't change
from ENglish to Korean. This symptom only appears to
happen on Internet Websites' Search Bar. I am bamboozled
by this phenomenon and if anyone knows how to fix this I
would be very thankful.

Hi,

I assume you are talking about the language displayed on internet explorer.

Just check in view- encoding tab if korean is selected and aslo set
language preference in tools- internet options - language tab to the
preferred language in sequence.
