Language Problems

I started my computer a T5048 and there is no english. Everything is in
symbols. I used another computer to try and navigate to the fonts folder
hoping I could change it back, but when I got to the folder there was nothing
in it. I am unable to do anything with my computer except get online using
the IE icon. Even when I do get online if there are any drop down menu's or
spaces where information needs to be typed this is also in symbols so I am
not able to do anything. How can I fix this, I would really like to be able
to use my computer properly again.
 
Try doing a system restore--it should be in the system tools folder on your
start menu.
