language problems

You can't.
If you need Windows XP in English, you need to buy it in English.
 
That is a really annoying problem and I'm sure many people have the same
issue. Why can't we just change the language? What's worse, even the programs
I download from Microsoft or updates are also in Polish, just because that's
where I live, even though I'm not Polish. Consequently they are of no use to
me whatsoever.
 
You purchase Windows in some specific language Version. You want the English
version.
