language problem

Hi,
I was using Turkish version of Windows 2000. Now, I
installed a new Windows XP English. But I cannot see
Turkish characters in some programs and MS Outlook (no
problem in MS Word).

Turkish language is already installed.

Any idea?

You did do a clean installation of English WinXP, right? (I don't think you
can install an English version of Windows over another language any more but
it doesn't hurt to ask...)

Are SOME Turkish characters (like s-cedilla, dotted capital I, and yumu$ak
g) not showing or are you also not getting c-cedilla, u-umlaut as well?
