i ALWAYS HAVE TO SELECT THE WESTERN EUOROPEAN (WINDOWS) TO
VEIW MY PAGES EVERY TIME I BROWSE. MY AUTO SELECT IS ON
AND MY PROPER SELECTION OF LANGUAGES IS ON.

that your registry setting is correct.
