Language Default - English & Japanese

Hello,

I am an Access new user, and have built a couple of
tables. However everytime I make an entry, the language
changes from English to Japanese and I need to be changing
it all the time. How can I keep English as a default
language?

I'm having the same problem with Korean. Has anyone
