Hello,

If I receive a document in "French" (the official language
of Quebec,Canada) am I able to use MS WORD to convert the
document into English? And, if I am able to convert the
document from French into English, how do I do it?

Word 2003 has a translation feature, which uses a web
based translation service (www.worldlingo.com) to
translate your documents to and from a number of
languages, including "French".

Bear in mind that machine translation is still not that
good; If the document is important or has more
sophisticated sentence structure than "the dog bit the
man" then you will likely find it inadequate.
