From what I found in the Microsoft website - & from
spending $35 to call microsoft tech support... You can
NOT switch it to English. (I have a danish version of XP
home that I can't read.) Only XP PRO can do it thru its
MUI software.
If you look in the Setup & Deployment newsgroup
(microsoft.public.windowsxp.setup_deployment), I've just
posted in there about whether it's possible then to buy
the XP PRO edition in English & install it over the XP
HOME danish version, or if my computer would crash. (The
upgrade is cheaper than the full version.)
