I recently upgraded from Windows 98 to Windows 2000 Pro,
and the technician who installed it for me installed it
to use the German language. Although I live in Austria, I
work in English, and I'd like to change all menus and
notations, Internet Explorer, etc., back to English. The
tech is no longer available. How do I go about it? The
opening screen says "Auf NT Technology basierend." and all
the menus, taskbars, etc., are in German. I want the screen
to say "Built on NT Technology." and all labels in English.
