language chane for xp home

how can i change the language from english to spanish ive tried going into
reigonal / language but have not gotten anything out of it can anyone help
me???????

Go back to the 'Regional and Language Options' control panel and click
on the 'Languages' tab at the top.

On this page, click on the 'Details' button and you will see a largish
white box in the lower half of the page that pops up.

Within this box are the languages currently installed on your machine.
You must click on the 'Add' button and choose your [Spanish] language.

Once added, select it also in the top drop-down box - this makes it your
current selected language.

Click [ok] to exit this, and the other boxes.

You can't. You'll need to buy a Spanish version.

Sorry, yes, this is to change the default keyboard language - NOT the
language Windows displays dialogues in - that can only be dealt with by
buying a new [Spanish] copy of Windows XP!

You will need to purchase a Spanish version of XP

i tried to do that tim but it didnt workit still displays everything in
english at start up and on the desktop and on the net
