Language Bar

*Why* can I not put the language bar in the system tray, like I could in Windows 95

I do not use speech recognition. I do not use handwriting recognition. Everything I do is typed by hand

All I want is for the little blue square that says EN, FR, or ES to be in the system tray, and not cluttering up my desktop or my taskbar.
 
right click Language Bar, Settings, in the Installed service table, remove
the IME that you don't want
