Language bar query

Hi all
Have accidently come across a language bar icon in startup and then lost it.
Appreciate any helpful advice on getting it back.

Go into the 'regional settings' in control panel. On one of the tabs will be a language
settings button. Tick the top box (show toolbar)... & click OK. This will only work if you
have more than one language setup for the keyboard usually. Example US & UK keyboards.

Although Windows 2003 R2 Server only needs one as it has a bug & maybe have to be set
twice
