Hi,
I have been having a problem with FrontPage 2002 and spell check. For my
web pages, I use both English and French. More English than French though.
So, for the spell check to work properly on an English page, I set in Page
Properties, Language: Page Language: English (US), HTML Encoding: Save the
document as: US/Western, Reload the current document: <Automatic encoding>.
Now, the problem is, when I first imported my web into FP, since my keyboard
is set to French (I need it that way so I can use the French accents), it
automatically designated the site (all of the pages) as a French site. So
each time I open a page to edit it, a lot of times, the setting in Page
Properties for that page gets automatically reverted to French. So, I tried
setting the Page Language to None, but that often gets changed back to
French too. Now, this is strange, but it doesn't get reverted to French all
the time, but just a lot of the time. So, I have to change it back to what
I want it as, and do the spell check again. I can't find what action is
causing this.
Any ideas or suggestions? Thanks! Norma
