I am looking for a Consultation Form to enable me to pose questions regarding
design elements into a Landscape Installation Project. I require catagories
listing each of the phases of the project
I very much doubt that anyone has constructed such a highly specific
database template, but it would be easy enough to build one from
scratch. You'll need to identify the "Entities" - real-life persons,
things, or events; each type of Entity gets its own table.
I can imagine tables for Customers (with fields such as CustomerID,
LastName, FirstName, contact information); Projects, with a link to
CustomerID; Phases, a list (probably rather short) of the phases each
project must go through; ProjectPhases, with a ProjectID, Phase, and
probably date started and date completed fields.
However, you know your business much better than I do - you're in the
best position to identify your Entities (tables), their Attributes
(fields), and how they are related. Once you have the tables built,
then you can design Forms for data entry and editing, and Reports to
print such things as invoices and progress reports.
