lan problem

iam the admin of the pc iam the only one that uses it but
my lan setings are always on and when i try to turn it
off its grayed out so i cant click it in internet tools
can someone help me thx

When I go to 'Tools' 'Internet Options' I get the following error:
This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this
computer. Please contact your system administrator.

If you have SpyBot S & D installed, go to SpyBot - Search and Destroy
Immunize, and UNcheck the "Lock IE Control Panel..." box.


If you have troubles with your browser not having all the controls in the
expected places download and run this .reg file.
