Lan Issues

Okay so i just got Halo CE and i took a Ethernet cable and plugged it in to
both of my computers Both windows xp and was able to play multiplayer with my
friends on friday then i tryed to play multiplayer on Re-Volt and that did
not work so i went back to Halo CE to play and now the Halo does not
find a server to jion on to like it was before. Plaese Help

Did you use a standard Ethernet cable or a crossover Ethernet cable? The
latter is used between two computers hooked up alone.
