Lan Connectivity in work group

Dear Sir,
one system is not connecting to network.When i access other
systems i`m getting the errors are
1.The server service is not started.
2.The specified network name is no longer valid.
3.The remote procedure call failed

Nani,

It sounds like your computer lacks the required services running. Please check
this computer against this article, to start:

If no help yet, may I suggest that you run my CPSServ (download PSTools) utility
against the problem computer, and against 1 or 2 other Windows XP computers:
