labtop in domain (urgently)

Dear All

i have the AD Run on the Windows 2000 server service pack 4

the problem is ,the labtop with managers part of my domain i want the
manager work on labtop even he not connect to nework
what the best way to make this .

this is urgently pls any one replay me A.S.A.P

You could configure offline files which creates a copy of all specified
files and allows the user to think he's still connected. When he reconnects
he can sync and any files changed will be updated.
