Labor Schedule

I have this schedule that shows the following
Monday Tuesday Wednesday ....
Emp Name In Out Hrs In Out Hrs In Out Hrs

the sheet might have up to 25 employees on it (there could
be a different start-time / finish time for each one of
them)
On another sheet, I'd like to show for every hour of store
open-hours, the number of employees and the cumulative
hours worked per week.

7:00am # of Employees Cumulative hours worked
8:00am # of Employees Cumulative hours worked
9:00am # of Employees Cumulative hours worked
