Hi Oxy,

This is a known bug, and there is no known fix to date.

For a temporary fix:
Go to Taskbar - Properties:
Uncheck - Keep the taskbar on top and lock taskbar.
Hit Apply and OK.
Reverse the process and click apply and OK
