Can I convert one size of label to another?

Not directly, no. But you can convert a label document to a mail merge data
source, and use that to print the data on any size of label. See

If you have your data set up for a mail merge, yes. If not, you can try a
copy and paste but I'm not sure that will work properly. (I suspect not -
but I'd give it a shot.)
