Labels

One way is to use mail merge with output to labels
(http://www.gmayor.com/mail_merge_labels_with_word_xp.htm).

If you don't plan to do a lot of labels at once, here's another way. In the
Labels dialog, leave the address box blank and click the New Document
button. The document you get contains a table, with the cells sized to match
the labels. If you don't see the outlines of the cells, click Table > Show
Gridlines.

It would be a good idea to save the document with the empty table as a
template, which you can then use through the File > New dialog any time you
want to start a new sheet.
