labels

I would like to print a load of different addresses on an A4 sheet of Lavery
labels. How do I do this?

If I choose Tools/Templates and Mailings it seems that I can have the same
address printed on all labels or print one label at a time. I've been typing
one address, printing it and then feeding the label sheet back in to the
printer to type and print the next address. There must be an easier way!

Is there a way to call up the label template in Word 2003 so that I can
input all the addresses before printing?

Thanks

In the Envelopes and Labels dialog box, click on "New Document." That will
create a table that represents a whole sheet of labels. You can type
anything you want into any of the cells of the table.

I hope this helps.

Tools | Letters and Mailings | Envelopes and Labels | Labels | Options,
select the desired label, OK. Then click New Document. This will give you a
sheet of labels. They are formatted as a table, so make sure you have table
gridlines displayed (Table | Show Gridlines) so you can see the label
boundaries.
