Labels

I am using Access 2000.
I created an address label. The label is 2 columns wide
and 3 long on an 8-1/2 x 11" sheet of paper. We want to
print the address labels by calling up a telephone
number. How do I call up more than one telephone number?
I would like to be able to print up to 6 labels at one
time, so as not to waste the labels.

Thank you for your reply. I am going to try your
suggestion. But I was wondering - Can I create a merge
sheet of labels in Word, hyperlink it to my Db customer
list or a query, and pick out the customers I want a label
for, to print in Word on the labels. Does this sound
feasible?

Why?

Access has a report wizard that helps you set up the labels correctly to
match the Avery number (or whatever brand you use). It is so much simpler
and more flexible to do it in Access, that I would not bother investigating
the merge with Word unless there was some overriding consideration.

Thank you for your input.
I hope to try out your original suggestions later today.
