LABELS WIZARD

Why does the labels wizard use the TRIM feature if access doesnt need it?

We share a database in our office but the TRIM feature only works on my
terminal. Can this problem be fixed as well?

I cant seem to discover how this feature was installed differently on my
terminal versus their terminals. Any suggestions?

1) If your data does not contain leading or trailing spaces, you can
delete the Trim() from the label.
Change
=Trim([Address])
to
[Address]

2) The machine in which the Trim() causes an error has a missing
reference.

Open any module in Design view (or click Ctrl + G).
On the Tools menu, click References.
Click to clear the check box for the type library or object library
marked as "Missing:."

An alternative to removing the reference is to restore the referenced
file to the path specified in the References dialog box. If the
referenced file is in a new location, clear the "Missing:" reference
and create a new reference to the file in its new folder.

See Microsoft KnowledgeBase articles:

Microsoft Access'

the correct ones needed,
