labels on a line printer

I print labels on 11 x 14 7/8 continuous feed paper. There are 4 labels
accross and 11 down. This works fine in Windows 95 & 98.

We upgraded to Windows XP and are having problems printing all the labels.
When we print only 2 1/2 columns print. Also we lose the first line of the
firs row of lables.

This will probably be attributable to the different printer driver used in
Windows XP. Word formats the document according to the active printer
driver - different versions of the drivers can affect the document margins -
see if there is an alternative driver available for your printer. Check also
that the page sizes match in document and printer and that there is no zoom
option set in the print dialog box.
