cheshire labels

I want to print lables to a line printer using 11 x 14 7/8 cintinuous feed
paper. The labels are 4 accross and 11 down. I had no trouble with Windows
95 & 98.

XP is causing the program Word to not print the last 1 1/2 columns and the
1st line in the first row.

Although you are in the wrong group but here it is the Instructions you are
looking for.
pay attention to the details and the Labels size, always print one page
first on blank page not labels one and see if the Fields are the ones you
intended to use for your mail merge.

Thank you for your suggestions. I am not having trouble merging. I am able
to do that often. All my information is there. It is only when I want to
print preview, I am able to see that the last column and a half column is
missing. Also when I print to the line printer it is missing.

Hi Access the Labels and Envelope from the menu and see if the right label
size been set correct.
Set the margin for your document to the right settings and not out of
border, try to Print Preview and see if the settings need to be adjusted or
okay.
Use the Latest printer software driver as the old driver may not support XP
or need to be updated.
Here is a link go through it and see if your setting correct:
