Yes. If you are wanting to format the font in the Labels dialog, select the
text in the window, right-click, choose Font, and select the formatting you
want. Alternatively, click New Document to get a sheet of labels that you
can create as desired. They're set up as a table, so make sure you have
table gridlines displayed (Table | Show Gridlines) so you can see the label
boundaries.
