Labels: Formatting Text

I use an Avery product for address labels (to affix to large
envelopes). Word prints the name and address in the upper left corner
of the label. I'd like it centered in the label.

I know there is an "envelope style" to control the formatting
(indent, spacing, etc.) for envelopes, but I don't see a style(s) for
labels.

How can I use the Labels feature, but format the result (center text
in label and maybe use bold and a slightly larger font)?

I have Word 2007, although I don't think it makes a difference for
this issue.

In the Labels dialog, instead of the Print button, click the New
Document button. This places the label text in a table. Select the
whole table, right-click somewhere in it, click Cell Alignment, and
choose the centered alignment. Save this document as a template to use
instead of the Labels dialog (hint: include the Avery product number
in the template's name).
