When I click on "my computer" the C: drive label is blue
instead of black. Every other drive label is black.
When I open up the C: Drive, some file names are in blue,
and others are black. I was wondering why this is?

Blue files are compressed files. They usually get compressed when you run
the disk cleanup utility. It compresses old or not used often files. The c
drive usually does not get compressed unless you manually have xp do that.
