Label wizard using converted Table

I have a database that was converted from Access 97 to Access 2003, and the
existing labels report needs to be changed; so I tried to use the wizard to
make a new labels report. However, when I view it, instead of showing all the
records, it only shows the first record - all records by the way are names &
addresses. What am I doing wrong?

Does the report's recordsource show more than one record in datasheet view?
Is there a filter property set?
Are there multiple pages in the report preview?

Thank you for your reply. It seems that there was a temporary glitch in my
Office program, and closing the database and then Access, and restarting,
solved. All records are now showing on the labels report. My limited
experience is all part of the learning curve!
