hello everybody,

Here are my queries

1) How to make a active X label transparent at run
time .... The labels looks like transperent at design time
but when I run them ... they are no more transperent ...

2) How to delete a back ground img and add another at run
time

I'm not sure what you mean by "at run time". Do you need to do this
programmatically?

If so, it'd depend on how the background was added in the first place. There
are several ways of going about it.

Try recording a macro in PPT while you repeat the act of adding the background.
That might tell you all you need.
