Label template error

When printing labels using the template for Avery 5160, it looks perfect on the screen, but prints about .5 centimeters too high. I've checked the dimensions, and they're perfect. Can anyone help me out? I hang on to Word Perfect only for this reason.

What happens if, instead of using the template, you use the Envelopes and
Labels wizard and pick that label in the options? Create a page of labels
and check it out.

On the page you could adjust your top and bottom margins, adding .5 cm to
the top margin and subtracting it from the bottom one. (subtract first)

Check that the paper size in page layout and the printer match and that no
scaling options are set in the printer driver. If that doesn't fix it,
adjust the template as suggested by Charles.
